* Contractors and sub-contractors are required to protect their workers with insurance.  This insurance prohibits the worker from suing the home owner for injury incurred completing their normal work.  Protect your assets, insist on a Worker’s Compensation Insurance Certificate.
 
 Not all contractors are created equal.  Use this worksheet to compare information on each quote you receive.  Make sure that when you are comparing quotes, you are comparing apples to apples.  Are the specifications for each quote the exact same?  Are the methods or quantities the same?  If not, make sure each contractor you receive a bid from is bidding the "exact" same project.  We look forward to an opportunity to serve you
